WFA was recently asked to participate in an evaluation of Brussels based trade associations by an MBA student from Vlerick Leuven Gent Management School, Belgium.

An executive summary of the benchmarking project is available for WFA members. We thought it might be useful for national associations in terms of informing membership strategy, action plans and key performance indicators (KPIs), developing and re-visiting value propositions and re-assessing current services and their alignment with members' needs.

We found the results informative and, importantly, instructive. We hope you do too.
