Your contribution as Global Strategic Insights Manager, Marketing Excellence is essential to driving consumer and market understanding deeper into the heart of the company.

In this role you will:

  • Deliver actionable & transferable insights across brands & countries on how to grow brand power, penetration, and develop breakthrough communication as the subject matter expert.
  • Own the methodology and protocols for how we measure brand power, penetration & creative quality
  • Be the Insights partner to the Marketing Excellence Team driving transformation in ways of working and thinking

The Global Strategic Insights team build insight capability, democratizes insights, develops foresight and drives consumer centricity. As Global Strategic Insights Manager Marketing Excellence you will report to Senior Strategic Insight Manager and your position is based in Amsterdam..


Your profile

For this role we are looking for someone who has expertise in consumer research, brand building and media and has the passion, knowledge and influencing skills to drive change in the organization.

Also the ideal candidate has:

  • 10+ years’experience in FMCG and/ or Market Research agencies with broad exposure across CMI/ Business Analytic methodologies and tools
  • Self starter, highly driven and internally motivated. Must have a strong sense of curiosity, learning, and desire to do things better than status quo
  • Experience in managing or executing and conducting both qualitative and quantitative research preferably in the field of brand, media & creative
  • Comfortable and able to navigate in a highly complex, multi-cultural and political corporate environment
  • Ability to translate research findings into concrete and pragmatic business guidance
  • Knowledgeable about Marketing and sales frameworks and principles.
  • Good people and stakeholder management skills. Strong influencing skills
  • Strong verbal and written skills
  • Strong analytical skills. Able to interpret, synthesize and draw actionable recommendations from complex and different sources of insights and data
