About the Role:
Ferrero Luxembourg HQ is looking for a talented Digital Media Manager to join the Corporate Communications Competence Center.
In this role you will manage Ferrero Group’s owned digital channels, strengthening online engagement and storytelling with the objective of enhancing the Group’s reputation.
Main Responsibilities:
Covering this role, you will define and implement the company’s digital strategy and oversee the execution across all owned channels. You will manage the global corporate website and coordinate its localization in all relevant countries. Additionally, you will develop content and manage engagement in corporate social media channels with the support of communications agencies.
Thanks to your expertise in digital communications, you will establish an editorial calendar for the company’s digital platforms and collaborate with other departments at both global and local levels to ensure consistency of messaging. Your role will also involve leading content production for the global website and social channels. Additionally, you will analyze the effectiveness of content and campaigns to meet the defined objectives.
Your role will also include issues management, protecting Ferrero’s reputation by mitigating risks and/or providing counsel on online engagement.
Keeping abreast of new trends will also be part of your responsibility to identify innovative engagement methods with our audience.
In this role, you will manage a small team, ensuring a management system that aligns with the Group’s values, and fostering motivation, diversity, inclusion, competence development, and empowerment. Your role will involve support for team member’s growth and development.
Who we are looking for:
You will bring a degree in Communications, Public Relations (PR), Journalism, or a related field, combined with 8-10 years of experience in Communications/PR or consulting companies or FMCG companies with a particular focus on digital communications.
You will succeed in this role thanks to your in-house and/or agency communications experience at the international level. Your English writing, storytelling and content development skills will be key as well.
Additionally, your competence in project management and reporting will be highly valuable as will your innovative spirit and collaborative approach.
Lastly, your strategic global mindset allows you to work effectively in an HQ and international context, interacting with and efficiently coordinating internal and external stakeholders.
