Back to the overview
Following on from the last National Association's Council meeting in Beijing in 2011, WFA has announced the themes for the upcoming Council meeting in New York on Friday 16th March.
The meeting is chaired by Mike Hughes (Director General, ISBA) and as in previous years, the meeting will focus on best practices around membership recruitment and retention in the face of a challenging economic environment. However, building on the last session's focus on online services and digital tools for members, this meeting will look at effective event management: including working groups, conferences, webinars, forums and other member networking events.
We are in the process of compiling the agenda and are keen to take on board suggestions for sessions and themes for discussion. It is through feedback from members that we ensure we deliver the most valuable learnings to our global network.
