In less than a month's time the 18th International Advertising Festival of New Europe Golden Drum will take place in Portoro%u017E, Slovenia from October 5th to 8th 2011. 'New Europe, New Thinking' isn't just the main theme of the Golden Drum Festival, but a long term challenge, given to agencies, advertisers, media and other members of the creative industry. This year's festival will introduce many novelties: new competition structure, open to 37 countries from New Europe and divided into two sections called Single Channel and Multi Channel, 14 Grand Prix Prizes, new Virtuoso Award and distinguished speakers.
