The German Advertiser Association (OWM) will be holding its annual summit on November 6 & 7 2013, themed “Man or machine? Who is in marketing's cockpit?”. More than 250 participants from the media and marketing space will meet in Berlin to discuss the challenges of future marketing including Big Data, Social Commerce and User Engagement.
The questions they will seek to answer include: marketing is more and more dominated by digital. What does this mean for the Marketing in 2020? Will experienced marketing managers still be in charge or will marketing be ruled by IT-Management? Will social networks dictate company products and messaging? Or will responsibility for product and communications strategy still like with the Marketing manager?
Case studies will also be presented by brands such as Luftansa, amongst others. For more information, please visit the OWM website.
