Indonesian Advertisers Association appoints new Chairman

The Indonesian Advertisers Association (APPINA) has elected Sancoyo Antarikso, External Relations Director at Unilever Indonesia, as the new Chairman of their Board for a three year term between 2013 and 2016.
Antarikso joined Unilever Indonesia in 1990. He previously held the posts of Financial Controller, Group Audit Manager, Commercial Manager-Homecare, Commercial Director-PT Kimberly-Lever Indonesia, and International Project Manager, Ice Cream (Take Home) Innovation Centre, Unilever Europe, UK.
He replaces Bambang Sumaryanto of P&G who headed the association between 2010 to 2013. Bambang played a critical role in raising APPINA's profile both with government as part of the broader Indonesian marketing community. APPINA's Secretary General is Musa Chandra of Kao Indonesia.
