Answers to some of the most common questions regarding the new WFA website

Q. I used to have an account on the site, how can I access member-only content now?

As a WFA member and existing user of our previous website, you will have to reset your credentials in order to access the new site. To do this, just follow a few easy steps: 

  • Go to www.wfanet.org/profile
  • Click on ‘Reset password’, fill in your email address and follow further instructions. 
  • Once you have successfully reset your credentials and logged in, you can then update your preferences and select industry topics you are interested in here.

Please note that the link you'll receive can be used only once and expires within 24 hours. It is important to set a new password as soon as you have clicked on the link. 

If you did not receive the email, then click on ‘Forgotten Password’ under Log In to receive another reset email. If the issue persists, please contact [email protected].

Q. The link I received to reset my credentials is not working anymore.

Please note that this unique link can be used only once and expires within 24 hours. It is important to set a new password as soon as you have clicked on the link. 

If the link is not active anymore, then click on 'Forgotten Password’ link on the Login screen to receive another reset email. For any assistance, please contact [email protected]

Q. I am new to the site, how can I access member-only content and events?

WFA members can do so by simply creating a new account using their business email address. Once logged in, they will be able to access member-only documents or to book onto WFA events. For support, please contact [email protected] 

Q. How can I access the Global Knowledge Base on the new site?

The Global Knowledge Base is now an integral part of the site. All content is available under Knowledge and can be accessed by filtering by category, topic and resource type. For assistance with finding a document, please contact Max Schmidt ([email protected]) or reach out to your main WFA contact.

Q. Links to (member-only) documents don’t work anymore. What should I do?

The old links have been disabled for technical reasons. The content is now available at www.wfanet.org/knowledge or can be found using the search function of the site. For assistance with finding a document, please contact Max Schmidt ([email protected]) or reach out to your main WFA contact.

Q. I registered for a meeting recently. Where can I find the agenda?

All materials are saved on the individual event pages, which can be accessed from the Events page on the site. Users can also see a listing of the events they have booked onto in their My Profile area. 

Q. I registered for a meeting recently but I can’t attend anymore.

Simply go to the individual event page on the site to edit your answer.

Q. I attended a meeting recently. Where can I find the minutes and resources shared during the meeting?

All meeting-related documents are saved on the individual event pages, which can be accessed from the Past events page on the site.
