As a Performance Acceleration Specialist for Procurement, you will be part of a very dynamic team, providing support to the Procurement function on projects basis to accelerate performance and organizational efficiency.

A day in the life of a Performance Acceleration Specialist
- Define and develop global Procurement strategies with senior stakeholders.
- Support projects required to drive the Strategy of the Category Teams / Functional Stream in the
- Procurement organization.
- Identify potential key vendors by collecting information about their strengths and abilities.
- Prepare analyses about the current market trends.
- Proactively use benchmark, provide constructive challenge, and find innovative solutions to support our category leaders & managers in developing strong sourcing strategies.
- Develop relationships with stakeholders to plan and deliver the defined objectives.
