DescriptionAs a Sr Sourcing Buyer, Indirect - Marketing, you will develop and execute growth and holistic category strategies to achieve business goals.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Partner with operating unit and sourcing business leads to advance strategic category strategies and long range plans
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners and suppliers to achieve cost management and efficiency goals
• Participate in development of strategic sourcing plans that provide General Mills with a competitive advantage and deliver long term consistent, sustainable, cost-effective supply
• Comply with corporate and regulatory policies and accounting practices
• Learn and leverage continuous improvement tools and processes
• Currently recruiting for roles specializing in marketing
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree
• 4-5 years sourcing experience
• Experience partnering with cross-functional teams to drive business results
• Contract negotiations, risk management, market analysis, economic analysis, financial analysis experiences
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or Economics, Marketing
