Jazz, feathers, sequins, champagne towers, Charleston and Lindy Hop – on 20th November the Association of Swedish Advertisers (Sveriges Annonsörer) is celebrating its 90th anniversary with an event inspired by the 1920's – the decade of glittering festivities in the luxurious Gatsby spirit – together with members, partners, collaborators and friends.

The Association of Swedish Advertisers was established on 15th November 1924 at the famous Gillet restaurant in Stockholm by the representatives of 30 companies looking to give a voice to client-side Swedish marketers. The association was also one of the founding members of WFA in 1953.

At present, the association brings together 550 member companies that are collectively accountable for around half of the country's advertising spend and has a network of 4,000 marketing specialists. The association currently has 13 full-time employees and five consultants. Read more about the association's 90-year history.

Those wishing to say “Happy Birthday!” or “Grattis på 90-årsdagen!” to their Swedish peers can find their contacts here.
